They offer direct to consumer pricing on their products that are designed by their Seattle team. 


  • Contribute to the creation and implementation of best practice Total Quality
    Management vision, strategy, policies, processes and procedures to aid and improve operational performance, internally and cross-functionally 
  • Contribute to and manage new business initiatives and projects and review and
    communicate the impact on Quality Management Systems (QMS) 
  • Manage updates to quality documentation and communicate to carry forward
    lessons learned from quality concerns 
  • Ensure that all necessary systems and procedures are in place to satisfy all
    customer requirements and audits 
  • Introduce new systems and procedures where appropriate 
  • Train others in all aspects of the quality system and application of procedures  
  • Undertake regular internal and process audits of the QMS
  • Implement all relevant procedures described in the Quality Management System (QMS) (i.e. TrackVia) and integrations to that 
  • Ensure the delivery of the People management strategy within area of accountability
  • Manage and lead the Quality documentation team, ensuring adequate staffing levels, added value and continuous improvements 


  • Bachelor’s degree in business, quality management, or related field; or 6-8 years equivalent experience required
  • Demonstrated capability in QMS systems development; TrackVia experience strongly preferred
  • Relevant manufacturing/engineering/business management degree, or relevant work experience
  • ASQ CQMOE certification or equivalent preferred
  • Quality Management System Development & Auditing experience; A demonstrated understanding of ISO 9001
