RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage, analyze, and respond to product performance data feedback channels globally, including Dialpad, Zendesk, social media channels, product support channels, assembly & service department records, customer return records, and quality control records
  • Manage the Quality assessment function of the supplier certification and scoring program and report to top management on the performance of the supplier quality audits and corrective actions
  • Manage Quality department’s global responsibilities associated with field issue response and performance risk assessment
  • Overlay and analyze global QMS data with global customer feedback data to identify and actualize opportunities for growth
  • Determine, negotiate, and manage in-house quality assurance procedures and standards that sustain on-going customer satisfaction and operational efficacy
  • Coordinate with cross-functional management teams to execute strategic process, procedural, and/or product improvement initiatives
  • Create management reports to demonstrate progress of cross-functional improvement initiatives

 

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree with 10+ experience in a Global Quality Assurance role
  • At least 5 years of supervising/managing Quality roles
  • ASQ CQMOE certification or equivalent required
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze data, create solutions and sustain improvements
  • Automotive, Bicycle, eBike experience preferred
  • Demonstrated project management skills preferred
