Location: 100% Remote
Employment Type: Contract, approximately 6 months, full-time 40 hours per week

As they grow their Rental team, you will be in charge of engaging and helping property managers with their listings on the company's website.



What you'll be doing.

  • Take inbound calls and answer emails to make sure all listings are updated and live on the website.
  • Collaborate with clients over the phone and email in a timely manner.
  • Work through listing problems that arise post launch.
  • Help clients set up community feeds.
  • Ensure that we are exceeding our customer’s billing needs and resolve any requests within the handling of their account.


What we're looking for.

  • Ability to stay organized and handle a lot on your plate.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications.
  • Experience utilizing a CRM program preferred
  • Real Estate experience
  • Capable of efficiently working from home. Must have two monitors prior to start date
  • Prior experience working for an internet company or with subscription-based products is a bonus!
