  • Support regional QA aspects of new product releases, providing QA services and coordinating QA resources internally and externally.
  • Assist with investigative response and subsequent improvement efforts as assigned by QA Manager, to diagnose quality complaints, track down components and actualize corrective actions
  • Support Quality department’s regional responsibilities associated with field issue response and performance risk assessment
  • Monitor logs, databases, and other data to track and flag quality concerns and improvements
  • Support the implementation of in-house quality assurance procedures and standards that sustain on-going customer satisfaction and operational efficacy


  • Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of experience in Quality Assurance or Product Support role required
  • ASQ CQIA certification a plus
  • Automotive, Bicycle, eBike experience preferred
