Pay: $36,400-38,480 annually base, monthly bonus + benefits
Location: San Antonio, TX
Hours: Full time, Monday-Friday 8 AM – 5 PM or Second Shift, Monday – Thursday 12 PM- 9 PM

You're able to use your empathy and negotiation skills to help customers create a debt resolution plan that is a win-win for them and your clients.

What would I be doing?
- Making 100-150 outbound calls to both consumer and business contacts depending on the client
- Working with customers to negotiate a debt repayment strategy
- Demonstrating professionalism and empathy for a wide range of backgrounds and situations
- Following federally mandated compliance regulations regarding fair debt collection practices
- Managing time effectively to meet performance goals
- Contributing a positive attitude to customer and co-worker alike
- Utilizing an proprietary system to notate customer contacts and call results
What are we looking for?
- MUST have high school diploma
- Transitioning military members are highly sought
- Solid tenure throughout career
- Transferrable skills from retail, restaurant, and teaching experience are greatly encouraged to apply, willing to train
- High-standard professionalism, work ethic, communication skills
- Persistence and ability to overcome objections
- Aptitude with common office software and tools
- Ability to pass a drug screening and background check
