Everyone experiences pain but everyone has their own storm. In those moments where others feel alone and scared, you stand as a resilient lighthouse beaming your light through the fog. It’s your vision to see that no one should have to fight their battles alone. That personal story of yours that drives your level of compassion could be the foundation to someone’s success story and this is why our client can’t do it without you!

The origin of our client’s facility dates way back to 1945 when it first started out as a farm with a beautiful orchard and has since blossomed into an detox and mental health support institution. Skip forward to 1957 when the owners sold the farm to two determined hospital administrators who introduced the principles of Alcoholics Anonymous to the local community.

As the Residential Aide, you will stand side-by-side patients as they endure the hardest part of their journey to sobriety. Being the advocate for each person’s individual experiences, your team will lean on you to support their Military Program. You’ll supervise this unit to ensure the safety and security of the environment for the clients, staff, and visitors, and assist with transporting clients in company vehicles if authorized. Your data entry and communication skills will aid you in ensuring that the collection and organization of client records, including documenting all shift activities, is accurate and accessible for the clinician team members.
