Leave Administration Specialist needed for a real estate technology firm.

Pay Rate: $33.33 – $35.71 per hour (Depending on Experience)
Location: Seattle, WA
Work Arrangement: Remote Position 
Employment Type: Contract (Estimated 9 months)
 
The Human Resources Leave Administration Specialist will partner with a third-party vendor, managers, HRBP’s, Legal, and internal COE teams to coordinate leaves of absence. This role will be responsible for guiding employees through the leave process and must be well-versed in FMLA, ASA, state-leave entitlement and pay, short and long-term disability, intermittent leaves, and accommodations. 

  • Prior background working in leave administration is required; must have experience advising employees on company policy, guidelines, and documentation requirements, related to leaves of absence. 
  • Must have excellent attention to detail, written and verbal communication skills, and consistency in their follow-up communication. 
  • Experience working in an HRIS system required – experience working inside Workday valuable. 
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Suite required.
