Compensation: 

  • Total compensation includes commission, average annual income= $100,000-$130,000+
  • $19.90 hourly rate
  • $3,000 sign-on bonus on initial pay check
  • $10,000 equity vested over first 4 years
  • FULL BENEFITS

Responsibilities:

  • Originate mortgage loans
  • Answer and manage incoming calls from customers
  • Provide exceptional customer service through timely follow up and courteous professional correspondence
  • Establish and build relationships with customers and partners such as real estate agents, etc
  • Analyze clients' needs in order to ensure compliance and maximum customer satisfaction
  • Consult with borrowers and guide them through the loan process from inquiry to close, including securing borrower financial/credit information and other proper documentation
  • Ensure successful completion of all assigned Mortgage Loan Officer Training and Licensing activities
  • Understand and comply with current requirements of applicable federal and state laws and regulations
  • Successfully structure loans for fulfillment partners to underwrite, process, and fund
  • Perform other duties as assigned

NMLS + SAFE Test Required 

  • 1+ year of mortgage sales experience
  • Active NMLS Loan Originator with multiple state licenses OR a Loan Originator working under a bank license
  • Completed the 20-hr SAFE Pre-licensing Education & passed the SAFE Mortgage Loan Originator Test – National Component with Uniform State Content
