Location: 100% Remote, WA
Employment Type: Contract, approximate 5-6 months
Schedule: Full-time, 8am - 5pm PST with flexibility, must be available to work evenings per event needs

What you'll be doing.

  • Assist with the coordination of all event collateral preparation.
  • Pay close attention to detail, demonstrating accuracy and efficiency in financial reconciliation.
  • Coordinate site searches, food and beverage research and audio-visual elements events.
  • Act as the primary lead for registration programs and reporting for all the events.
  • Create and distribute a monthly highlight of past events and upcoming event programs to executives.
  • Manage and coordinate with the Team Administrative Assistant on marketing plans and collateral, event inventory and attendee swag opportunities.

About you.
  • Experience 4+ years' experience in events or marketing in a bonus
  • Able to be onsite and travel to events approximately 1 -2 a month
  • Proven competency in software applications, including MS Word, Excel, Outlook and other technology as adopted by the team
