 Hybrid (2 days onsite, 3 days remote) in Renton, WA; open to 100% remote

The HR Coordinator is responsible for coordinating the administration of employee benefits programs such as basic and major medical coverages, dental insurance, group life insurance, pension plans, and other benefits. This role will also consult with and advise employees on eligibility, provisions, and other matters related to benefits. You will maintain benefits records and documents in HRIS, as well as rolling out annual open enrollment activities.

What experience we'll be looking for.

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or additional technical/business experience to provide equivalency
  • Minimum 3-5 years Employee Benefits Administration experience
  • Must have experience making benefit enrollment changes for employees and updates to benefits plans in an HRIS system
  • Familiarity with federal and state laws as they pertain to benefits and Human Resources
