Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm

As an Office Administrator to this awesome team, you’ll be responsible for managing file organization, as well as answer phones and providing outstanding customer service to visitors upon their arrival. As the first point of contact for people, you must present yourself in a professional manner, acting as liaison and the charismatic resource guru portraying the company's values through empathy and patience.

About the role.

  • Coordinate various company functions.
  • Arrange travel as requested.
  • Responsible for mail and courier services (supporting paperless initiatives).
  • Assist with maintaining property.
  • Write thank you cards.
  • Manage the production binder.
  • Handle quality control documentation.


About you.

  • Previous Office Assistant experience
  • A self-starter that’s able to make the job their own
  • Strong organization and attention to detail skills
  • Ability to work independently and ask questions when needed
  • Solid professionalism and customer service experience is a must
