  • Working with clinicians and vendors to obtain required new hire paperwork and credentialing documentation to ensure on-time start of their assignment.
  • Completing background checks, licensure verifications and education verifications for clinician as required.
  • Escalating any questionable documentation for review and approval, including background checks, drug screens, disciplinary actions and/or license actions.
  • Obtaining and conveying information to applicants and clients as appropriate.
  • Assuming responsibility for establishing and maintaining professional working relationships with vendors, clients, recruiting team members, company associates, and with management.
  • Ensure adherence to company credentialing requirements and compliance policies.
  • Keep managers and teammates well informed of progress and documentation activities.
  • Conducting job duties in accordance with the Corporate Values and Culture


  • High School Diploma or GED required (Bachelor’s Degree preferred)
  • 1-2 years of Credentialing experience required or we will also accept transferrable skills such as human resources or onboarding support in a high volume, fast-paced healthcare environment
  • Must have strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Tech savvy and able to work with Microsoft Office programs, as well as internal contractor management systems
  • Able to work in Eastern Time Zone
