Remote Tier One Product Support

Remote Tier One Product Support needed for one of the largest e-bike companies in the NW   

**Must live within 40 miles of Seattle, WA**

Location: Seattle, WA (Remote)

Contract To Hire 

Schedule: 40 hours/week from 9:00 am to 5:30 pm (PDT) including weekends

They offer direct to consumer pricing on their products that are designed by their Seattle team. 

Our growing client is looking for Tier One Product Support to ensure their products run at peak performance for their customers.


  • Perform technical support to customers all over the US by phone and email.
  • Ship replacement parts to customers after assessing their needs.
  • Walk customers through assembly and maintenance of our client’s products.
  • Explain highly technical processes & procedures to customers of all skill levels.
  • Assist in the implementation and maintenance of technical support systems.
  • Participate in local outreach events and related events with the sales team, as needed.
  • Other duties as assigned.
  • Overtime required based on business needs.                                                   


  • Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service by phone, email, and social media, specifically in product support.
  • Technically minded and extraordinarily detailed oriented.
  • Impeccable phone communication skills, especially under pressure.
  • Experience with electric bikes or vehicles preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
  • Friendly attitude and interest in working with electric vehicle consumers.
  • Ability to work quickly in a fast-paced environment and learn on the go.
