As the Scheduling Coordinator, on the Dialysis Patient Transportation team you'll proudly serve each and every dialysis patient while they go through one of the most difficult phases of their recovery, helping coordinate things that they shouldn't have to worry about. Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Partner with medical facility staff and patients to arrange for transportation to/from medical facilities for dialysis appointments
  • Determine what transportation services patients qualify for and work with transportation partners to meet their needs
  • Help determine eligibility for Medicaid-funded transportation services
  • Educate medical facility staff and patients regarding eligibility for services
  • Process and schedule ride requests using scheduling software
  • Coordinate pick-ups and drop-offs for timely, safe, and efficient transportation

Experience & Qualifications

  • 2-year college degree or higher
  • Transportation scheduling experience
  • Intermediate-advanced skills in Excel
