Wine Ambassador needed for a high-end Washington winery
Pay Rate: $25.00 per hour PLUS bonus earning opportunities

Schedule: Must be flexible! Thurs-Sun, 10am-6pm & 9am-6pm shifts

Calling all wine enthusiasts with super sales powers! If you know your way around wine than we want to speak with you. As Wine Ambassador, you'll own the tradeshow relationship building and inspire customers on their wine journeys.

Our client is a high-end boutique Washington winery with tasting rooms in Richland and Woodinville. They take pride in offering remarkable wines created with hand-picked fruit sourced from premiere vineyards in the Columbia Valley and Red Mountain growing regions.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
  • Exudes excitement for the brand and a contagious passion for wine, motivating others to enhance their knowledge of wine.
  • Independently setup and supervise display table ensuring customer satisfaction and selling a high-volume of product..
  • Acts as the lead Sommelier role at events and tradeshows performing all duties as needed to help ensure successful execution of events.
  • Drives Hospitality sales through experiences and engagement with guests.
  • Builds relationships with our customers to increase client satisfaction and retention.
  • Actively promote and drive the sales of Memberships and wine.
  • Maintains and grows personal outreach key contacts and business.
  • Assists in local brand-focused events (more opportunities to come post-COVID).
  • Agile and enthusiastic learner, who will be comfortable moving fluidly between projects and locations.
  • Consistently projects a positive company image that is focused on the customer.
  • Communicates effectively using open, professional dialogue and solution-focused communication.
  • Interacts with guests during tradeshows and events.
  • Follows expectations outlined in social distancing policy
  • Maintains regular, reliable and punctual attendance. Position may require flexibility in hours and days worked and include weekends or evenings.

Skills & Qualifications
  • Experience with inside sales, outreach, or customer service for a premier or luxury brand highly sought
  • Detail-oriented
  • Energetic personality with persuasive interpersonal skills and charisma
  • Must possess the ability to problem-solve quickly, multi-task, and stay detail-oriented
  • Ability to work under pressure and make decisions independently
  • Highly motivated by sales initiatives and meeting metrics
  • Must be willing to travel for tradeshows or events
